Test cricket
Test matches differ significantly from ODIs and T20Is by being played over five days with fixed lengths of play. Each innings lasts 90 minutes; the team batting first has the chance to win; if an innings ends in a tie then both teams share points equally and run scoring determines who comes out victorious; tie cases occur rarely; winning margins typically surpass 10 runs in most instances.

Asia Cup
The Asia Cup is an international men’s cricket tournament organized by the Asian Cricket Council and held every two years by eight top teams from Asia.
Its inaugural competition took place in 1984, since when its popularity has steadily grown; recent competitions were hosted across various cities and countries worldwide (India won in 2025!).
Winners receive both trophies and medals; additionally they also share in an award, typically split among captain and coach, plus are usually honored with an “Asian Cricketer of the Year” title for their win.
Pakistan and Bangladesh met once more in the Asia Cup final on October 6, held in Dubai, UAE. Each team was ranked according to their overall performance in the tournament – Bangladesh was second with 136 runs scored during 20 overs; Pakistan finished eighth.
The match was extremely close, and both sides had chances to score more runs. On the last ball bowled by Shaheen Afridi which was caught by Jaker Mohammad for one run at long on, Pakistan managed to defend their target and secure victory in this tight encounter.
After the match had concluded, controversy ensued due to several Indian players refusing to attend post-match presentation ceremonies following an instruction from BCCI to Pakistan Cricket Board for returning their trophy and medals as well as covering travel expenses for Indian players. Due to this letter from BCCI to PCB regarding return of trophy/medals/presentation ceremony participation they refused, prompting crowd boos.
