RR vs KKR
Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have faced off 32 times since IPL started in 2008. Rajasthan Royals have won 14 matches against KKR with 16 ending in a tie, starting on May 1, 2008 at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur where Swapnil Asnodkar scored 60 off 34 balls to lead his side to an incredible nine-wicket win by run margin; Yuzvendra Chahal took five wickets as star bowler of this matchup.
At one point in their innings, RR appeared doomed when they lost three wickets quickly to find themselves on 107/6 at halfway stage.

IPL 2025
On March 22, the 2025 edition of Indian Premier League began. Comprised of 10 teams and featuring two rounds of home-and-away matches, only the top four will qualify for playoffs; reigning champion KKR are looking to defend their title with new signings and experienced veterans joining their ranks.
