India B vs India C

India B is on an impressive run at the Duleep Trophy and looking forward to facing India C. They triumphed against an experienced India A side last time out by 76 runs under Abhimanyu Easwaran’s guidance, but managed an upset victory with talent like Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rishabh Pant making waves for them batting-wise and bowlers Navdeep Saini and Yash Dayal making an impressionful showing as fast bowlers in previous matches.

The match will take place at Bengaluru’s M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, known for hosting high-scoring matches. This pitch offers early movement and pace that should prove beneficial to batsmen; however, Indian batsmen will need to remain consistent if they wish to achieve an outstanding score.

After winning the toss and opting to bat first on a wicket offering both bounce and pace, India A decided to bat first. Their openers Yashasvi Jaiswal and Abhimanyu Easwaran started strongly, adding 33 for their opening wicket partnership before mid order collapsed under India B’s superb bowling attack; Mukesh Kumar, Navdeep Saini, and Yash Dayal all took multiple wickets each as India B posted 266 runs against their hosts.

India A’s innings was never in safe hands as they struggled to recover after losing three wickets early. KL Rahul managed to remain positive, scoring an unbeaten 57 off 121 balls despite India A falling 76 runs short of reaching their target.

Ruturaj Gaikwad will take heart from their second innings victory against India A, featuring some promising batters such as Rajat Patidar, Aryan Juyal and Abhishek Porel who will all look to extend their respective runs against an opponents that has proven tough competition in recent tournaments. Their performance against India A was particularly encouraging and they may even advance to secure their spot in the final.

India B vs India D

On Thursday, Axar Patel’s rescue act and subsequent 84-run ninth-wicket partnership with Arshdeep Singh prevented India D’s Duleep Trophy match against India C from becoming one-sided at the Rural Trust Development Stadium. He began by striking two sixes and a boundary off Manav Suthar to break post lunch slumber but his strong innings was cut short when Yash Dayal hit a ball into long on to end it abruptly.

Rishabh Pant made unbeaten 105 and joined MS Dhoni as India B’s highest wicket-keeper, but this wasn’t enough to prevent an innings defeat against India C. Abhimanyu Easwaran’s side produced an excellent second innings performance but were unable to make much impactful moves on day 3.

Shreyas Iyer-led side had an underwhelming series, failing to score over 200 runs in either innings of this tournament so far. Ricky Bhui has been their star batsman thus far and will hope for bigger contributions against Sri Lanka today. Devdutt Padikkal and Saransh Jain also performed admirably but could improve in consistency going forward.

ACA ADCA Ground will likely prove ideal for batting and could play an integral part in deciding the outcome of this match. Over time however, its surface could become worn-down and vulnerable; visitors could take advantage of this by taking quick wickets in the first session to exploit this weak point of the surface.

India B’s bowling lineup for their T20I encounter with Pakistan will consist of fast bowlers Mukesh Kumar, Yash Dayal and Navdeep Saini; Kuldeep Yadav and Khaleel Ahmed will also compete for selection as spinners; however without senior bowlers Ravindra Jadeja and Mohammed Siraj available it is a battle between youth and experience that must be decided here.

India B will need to win this match and hope that India A’s match against India C ends either with either a loss or draw, to remain in the top four and qualify for the knockout stage of competition. This may be their last opportunity!

India B vs India E

India B tied India C in their opening match of the Duleep Trophy tournament, but since have significantly upped their performance. They will face India A in an important clash; victory would push them ahead on the table.

The match will take place at Bengaluru’s M Chinnaswamy Stadium, famous for its fast pace and high-scoring encounters. This match-up will showcase some of India’s finest talent as well as emerging stars in Indian cricket – providing fringe players a valuable chance to make their mark within national squad.

India A posted a solid total of 304/7 in 50 overs in their opening innings. Yashasvi Jaiswal and Abhimanyu Easwaran got off to a solid start, adding 33 for the opening wicket before Easwaran was dismissed for 13 off 59 balls caught by Dhruv Jurel off Avesh Khan and eventually out for 13 runs off 52 deliveries.

Riyan Parag and Yash Dayal then took control, beginning to attack with some stunning shots from Dayal; unfortunately his stay was short-lived though as he was dismissed for 31 off 18 balls just prior to Riyan bringing up her half century. Prior to Dayal being dismissed off only 18 balls he hit three sixes and two fours!

India B’s batsman were mostly unsuccessful. K L Rahul was the sole batsman to score double figures during a patient 121-ball effort that saw him reach 57 before his innings was cut short when he attempted a boundary off Mukesh Kumar and was denied his hundred.

India B appeared headed towards an easy defeat after an alarming start in their second innings, but Sarfaraz Khan and Rishabh Pant launched a counterattack. Their 72-run partnership for the fourth wicket gave their side some much needed momentum until Sarfaraz was finally dismissed for an astounding 46 off only 36 balls; Rishabh finished it all off with an outstanding unbeaten 61 not out (9 fours, 2 sixes). Their efforts enabled India B to easily secure victory.

India B vs India F

India B will look to extend their dominance in the Duleep Trophy when they take on India F at Anantapur’s Rural Development Trust Stadium on March 31. Abhimanyu Easwaran will lead an array of star players such as Yashasvi Jaiswal and Sarfaraz Khan alongside rising all-rounder Washington Sundar.

Kuldeep Yadav, Mayank Agarwal and Riyan Parag are among those set to bowl at this match while Suryakumar Yadav will add further strength.

India A and India C have made impressive starts to their competition, so the result of this match may have little if any bearing on final standings. Still, both teams will aim to put on a good show and give themselves every chance at victory.

As Anantapur’s pitch has long been known for being an exceptional batting surface, both teams will look to take full advantage of these conditions by playing aggressive cricket on it. Both sides should expect an intense contest.

Permutations-wise, Easwaran’s side have the best chances at winning with victory for India B coupled with India C’s loss in their next fixture and losing. On the other hand, a victory by India A would ensure they remain at the top of the league table and secure themselves an edge against rival teams.

On Day Two of India B’s Duleep Trophy match against India D at M Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Thursday, Axar Patel’s brilliant unbeaten knock of 111 (126b, 14×4, 3×6) prevented it from becoming an one-sided affair. His unbeaten innings allowed India B to recover from 221/6 at stumps on a difficult batting track by adding another 88 runs without losing any wicket.

His innings included an unprecedented six-wicket partnership with wicketkeeper Manav Suthar who shared six wickets during his unbeaten innings that took only 82 balls! India B added another 88 runs during their final session without losing any wicket!
